PROGRAMS

• Client Legal Support and Statutory Compliance The purpose of the Client Legal Support and Statutory Compliance Program is to provide legal advice and representation services to Wayne County departments and Elected Officials so they can have information available in a timely manner to make better-informed decisions in compliance with legal requirements involved in operating their departments.
  
• Education & Training The purpose of the Education and Training Program is to provide legal training services to Wayne County departments and elected officials so they can receive information in a timely fashion about the legal requirements that affect their jobs.


• Contract Support The purpose of the Contract Support Program is to provide timely review, negotiations, and drafting of County contracts so the business needs of departments and elected officials will be met.
