                    All bidders must register by submitting a $500.00 deposit *    
                    and a $35.00** processing fee with Bid4Assets for the 
                    September Auction. Payment must be  MADE BY CASHIER'S
                    CHECK OR WIRE transfer.  


*If bidding on one property the DEPOSIT REQUIRED is $535.00**.  
*If bidding on more than one property the DEPOSIT
 REQUIRED is $5,035.00**.  

**The $35.00 is a processing fee for successful bidders.  If you are not a successful bidder, the processing fee and the deposit will be refunded.
