Wayne County Sheriff, Benny Napoleon sends help, donation to Haiti

Sheriff Benny Napoleon has arranged for a member of the Wayne County Sheriffs Office to head down to Haiti to help in the massive relief effort.

Sheriff Benny Napoleon has arranged for a member of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office to head down to Haiti to help in the massive relief effort. Hilliard Hampton, of the Wayne County Sheriff's Community Outreach unit and current mayor of Inkster, is scheduled to travel to Haiti tonight as part of the Christian Faith Ministry's Caring and Sharing Mission out of Garden City. When Hampton arrives in the disaster-stricken province, in addition to rendering hands-on assistance, he will also deliver a check for $1,000 from Sheriff Napoleon
